Logging In to Your SBMS Account
We've made logging in simpler and more secure. There's no longer a password or two-factor authentication (2FA) required — just your email address.
You can log in from two places:
- The login page: https://www.sbms.org.au/login
- At checkout: https://www.sbms.org.au/checkout — you'll be prompted to log in before completing your purchase.
Step 1: Go to the Login Page
- Visit https://www.sbms.org.au/login, or proceed to checkout where you'll be prompted to log in.
Step 2: Enter Your Email Address
- Enter the email address associated with your SBMS account.
- An email containing a magic login link will be sent to your entered email address.
Step 3: Check Your Email
- Open your email inbox and look for an email from SBMS with the subject "Your SBMS Magic Link".
- Click the login link in the email.
- Note: The link will expire after a short time, so use it promptly. If it has expired, return to the login page and request a new one.
Step 4: You're Logged In
- Clicking the link will log you in to your SBMS account automatically and return you to where you started — whether that's your account page or the checkout.
Troubleshooting
I didn't receive the login email.
- Check your spam or junk mail folder.
- Make sure you entered the correct email address.
- Wait a few minutes and try again.
The login link didn't work.
- Links expire after a short time. Return to the login page and request a new one.
- Make sure you're opening the link on the same device and browser you requested it from.
My email address has changed.
- Contact us to update your details before attempting to log in.
